Tea Drinking Part I

Started drinking camomile tea a while back for it relaxing properties which aid in sleep, S$8 for 10 tea bags.  But recently more research on tea I realise that it is better to get tea leaves or flower bud (in the case of camomile) which is of better grade rather than tea bag.  So I made a trip down to Wang San Yang Tea Pavilion at ION Orchard B4 and got a pack of camomile flower to try on, it cost only S$8 for a pack.  Also got introduce to more tea, will elaborate more in my next post.
